SARA ROBINSON

President and CEO

Sara has over 25 years in the Event sector.  She has held multiple roles in hospitality and event management with various organizations.  Sara has also been a facilitator and educator for sales, service, and event management. She has been invited to participate in leadership roles for international events for IAAF and FIFA.  Sara also managed a fundraising campaign for 10 years which raised over $3 million under her leadership.  Sara founded HOST Management in 2010 in Moncton, NB and has sat on multiple Boards and Committees to assist with strategic planning and event execution.

SANDRA DAUDLIN, CMP

Director of Meetings

Sandra Daudlin is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), and has enjoyed a broad knowledge in global business culture relationship development and maintenance throughout her career.   Sandra has been an active member of the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) and a past member of the Event Service Professionals Association (ESPA) where she was the recipient of Successful Meetings’ North American Convention Services Manager of the Year Award.

TALIA STEEVES

Manager, Virtual Events

Talia started with HOST Management as a Summer Student in 2019 and after graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology, with distinction from Mount Allison University, Talia returned to HOST. Talia holds a Triple Crown award from Toastmasters International, as well as an Advanced Leader Bronze and Advanced Communicator Bronze designations.


Talia has been instrumental to the HOST Management team as we transitioned to online events.  In her role as Manager of Virtual Events. She has learned to effectively use a variety of online platforms and event apps, to create events in a customized and interactive way ensuring an engaging online experience.

CHARLINE BREAU

Association Manager

Charline has over 17 years’ experience in administrative roles, organizing events and activities in the areas of economic development, the insurance industry, and property management companies. She joins the HOST Management team as Association Manager, responsible for the operations of our Association clients.  Charline is fluently bilingual.

Charline has lived and worked in the greater Moncton area her entire life; In her spare time, Charline enjoys giving back to her community, singing, and experiencing the outdoors in our region.

KAITLIN MACDONALD

Project Manager, Marketing and Digital

Kaitlin brings to HOST Management a marketing background, working with consumer brands on a local, national, and global scale. As Project Manager, Marketing & Digital, Kaitlin strives to deliver the highest form of customer service, achieving seamless client liaisons.  Action oriented with an eye for detail and design, Kaitlin’s dependable nature allows her to naturally lead projects from strategy to execution in an efficient manner. 
Born and raised on the Miramichi, N.B. Kaitlin has always had a keen interest in the Events industry and is thrilled to share her East Coast hospitality to the HOST Team. She looks forward to working with clients and associations on event activations while gaining the experience for her Project Management Professional (PMP)® designation.

KEVIN SPRAGG

Event Manager

Kevin Spragg comes to HOST Management with 16 years of experience in the Meetings and Events industry. He represents HOST Management in our Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island office. Kevin is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and has also obtained certificates in Exhibition Management (CEM) and Virtual Meeting Management (VEMM).  Kevin’s work has focused on producing conferences, national roadshows, tradeshows and corporate events. Kevin has lived in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, and Montreal but now makes Prince Edward Island his home.  While living in Vancouver, Kevin had the opportunity to work the 2010 Winter Olympics – an experience he will not soon forget.

JOCELYN FISHER

Administrative Assistant

Jocelyn graduated from Mount Allison University with a degree in music performance and brings with her 18 years of administrative, event management & hospitality experience to HOST Management.  She was the Creative Arts Director for 16 years and the Director of Guest Experience for two years at Hillside Church in Moncton.  She served as the on-site event manager for many events and conferences including the Global Leadership Summit and the Teen Challenge Annual Gala. She loves to exceed people's expectations and is excited to extend her very best Maritime hospitality to HOST clients!  Jocelyn is an avid runner, and she and her husband have two grown sons.
