We are looking for a Project and Marketing Assistant to join our amazing team!
About HOST Management:

We currently have an opportunity for a Project and Marketing Assistant to join the HOST team to provide support for various events and projects.
The person in this role has the following qualifications:
Fluently bilingual with excellent written and verbal communication skills (French and English)
Creative and outgoing
Strong administrative skills
Strengths in marketing and social media
Ability to multi-task
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Superior organizational skills
Committed to learning new things
Contributes in a positive way, open communicator
Project and Marketing Assistant responsibilities:
Varied administrative work such as reporting, invoicing, and data entry
Manage client inquiries through email and phone
Manage social media accounts
Create newsletters and eBlasts
Create marketing materials
Help out at events when needed
Prepare documents and communications
Record meeting minutes
Prepare regular project updates
Work with various software programs and website content management
Participate in weekly review meetings with manager
Provide excellent customer service at all times
Participate in general brainstorming or staff meetings
