Job Opportunity: Bilingual Administrative Assistant

HOST Management has been a community leader, managing local events and helping organizations grow since 2010.  We currently have an opportunity for someone new to join our team.

The person for this role has the following qualifications:

  • Fluently bilingual (French & English), written and spoken

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (French and English)

  • Superior Administrative and Organizational skills

  • Creative and outgoing

  • Team player

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Attention to detail

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Good knowledge of social media

  • Comfortable with web-based applications

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Committed to learning new things

  • Embraces a challenge

  • Self-starter and able to manage projects with little supervision

Working in collaboration with the HOST Team, responsibilities include:

  • Assisting on various projects

  • Manage client inquiries through email and phone

  • Manage databases and reporting

  • Prepare regular status updates 

  • Reception duties

  • Provide admin assitance to a number of Associations

  • Create newsletters

  • Continually improving process

  • Contribute in a positive way, open communicator

  • Additional tasks as required to ensure excellent service delivery to all clients
